In House Chef

The Errol Douglas salon is one of the few salons in London whose clients benefit from a resident chef. Hocine Cherfi's menu draws inspiration from his childhood in Algeria and his classical training and 20 years' experience working in London. Hocine joined the Errol Douglas team a decade ago and is an integral part of the overall salon experience, creating delicious, simple food that our clients enjoy and love to eat.
